Why now, and why leaders
Two things make this a decision for leaders now rather than later. The first is that the knowledge problem is getting worse, not better. Every person's AI produces more drafts, more messages, more documents, each drawing on whatever that person happens to know. Without a shared core, an organization's contradictions multiply at machine speed.
