This is the beginning
This book has argued five things. An organization's agents are a population of individuals, imperfect like us, each working for one person, with a person in the middle of every chain of command. Systems freeze at launch while organizations never stop changing. Making one person's knowledge better is easy, and making a whole organization's knowledge better is hard.
