The first 90 days

Start small, with something real. Days 1 to 30: one knowledge core. Choose one area where the organization gives inconsistent answers today, a program, a set of policies, the facts a new person needs. Gather what is known into one knowledge core, give each subject an owner, set the levels of access, and mark what is frozen.
