The Knowledge Core · Mike Lee · Chapter 1: The Agentic Organization

What it is not

It is not an automated organization. Agents propose and carry out; people decide what is true, what is kept, what is sent in the organization's name, and what changes. An agentic organization has more human judgment in it, not less, because people spend less of their time on legwork. It is not a software purchase.
