Facts (Chapter 4). In a person's profile and facts, a list of facts that grows as the agent learns, such as "prefers morning meetings." See Profile. Frame (Chapter 7). The small set of things that must be the same for everyone. It has four parts: direction; the shared knowledge core; each person's agents; and the rules, enforced by systems.
