The Knowledge Core · Mike Lee · Chapter 6: An Agent for Everyone

What leaders decide

An agent for everyone is not a technology rollout. It is a set of commitments to the people who will use it, and leaders have to make them: Make these commitments in writing, before the first agent is given to anyone. People will decide how much to trust their agents by whether the organization keeps them.
